Welcome to the new Denis Welch Motorsport website for CNC Porting – at our well established factory in Yoxall, Burton-on-Trent we cater for every aspect of work on your classic car be it road, race or rally. Following our unrivalled success in many aspects of Motorsport we have now evolved our business into the specialised fields of Computer Aided Design (CAD) through to Computer Aided Manufacture (CAM) utilising our brand new 5 Axis CNC Machining Centre.

Our new website is to provide you with information and an understanding into how gas flow porting is achieved and how this can benefit your car's performance through having an existing cylinder head re-ported (exchange) or by purchasing a brand new in-house ported head.

We have included a video section to show the porting process on various different heads and manifolds to provide you with an insight into the service we offer, to make your car as successful and reliable as possible.

We provide a complete evaluation – design – machining – testing facility so feel free to ask any questions about any stage of the process.
